Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to provide strategic and operational leadership across the F&B division for both luxury brands. You will drive revenue growth, profitability and guest experiences, overseeing multiple outlets and ensuring alignment with the overall luxury positioning of Raffles and Fairmont Doha.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level F&B leadership experience within luxury hotels/resorts.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable revenue, service and operational outcomes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost management and performance optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic direction of the F&B division translating business objectives into commercial and operational priorities.
• Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, market positioning and long-term F&B performance.
• Oversee operations of restaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining with consistent execution of plans.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, labour productivity, costs, guest feedback and market trends to guide decisions.
• Contribute to budgets, business plans, forecasting, capital planning and initiatives for sustainable growth.
• Identify and develop new concepts, revenue streams and guest experiences to enhance luxury positioning.
• Drive service excellence and operational consistency reflecting brand standards.
• Lead and develop F&B leadership teams with accountability and high performance culture.
• Work cross-functionally with Culinary, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms and others to align F&B strategy.
• Maintain regular performance reviews, outlet engagement and follow-up on priorities.
• Champion innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across F&B operations.
