Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is seeking a Cruise Line Guest Relations Associate to welcome and assist guests aboard our luxury cruise ship. You will respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests while promoting onboard activities and services.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience in hospitality or customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Indian nationals are preferred; English skills are not required.
