Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is seeking a Cruise Line Guest Relations Associate to welcome and assist guests aboard our luxury cruise ship. You will respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests while promoting onboard activities and services.

Cruise Line Guest Relations Associate

As a Cruise Line Guest Relations Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on board our luxury cruise ship. Your duties will include welcoming and assisting guests, responding to inquiries and complaints, and coordinating special requests. You will also be responsible for promoting onboard activities and services, as well as maintaining a positive and professional image of our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month and is located in Al-Rayyan, with a preference for Indian nationals. No English language skills are required.
