Qualifications

• Relevant College or University qualification to min. Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Previous Retail and Customer Service experience OR
• Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Must be willing to relocate to Qatar once get hired

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in assigned Luxury Boutiques at every possible opportunity while ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
• Ensure the boutique is fully merchandised according to Brand layout and visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver a personalized and elevated experience with commercial success while representing the brand in an elegant and hospitable way.
• Maintain high security, stock accuracy and complete stock takes per Brand guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional after-sales service as per Brand guidelines.
