• Strong customer service and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inspirational, luxurious shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Support peers and ensure efficient boutique operations and brand standards.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and contribute to store KPI achievement.
• Enter and manage client data in CRM/SAP for future communications and development.
• Maintain front-of-shop presentation and ensure procedures are followed.
