Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Doha seeks a Guest Services Agent to greet guests, assist with check-in, escort to rooms and respond promptly and courteously to requests throughout the guest experience. Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfill guest needs and maintain knowledge of hotel outlets and products.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Front Office in a 5-star environment; Middle East experience is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office products (Office suite).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check-in, escort to rooms, and respond promptly to requests.
• Address guest preferences and update guest history profiles.
• Manage cash drawer per policy and perform float checks at shift start/end.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service to fulfil guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets and products and communicate with Night Duty Manager.
