Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha West Bay is seeking a non-management Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to engage guests and enhance the service experience by activating lobby outlets such as Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center and Lounge.

You will respond to guest requests for arrangements, coordinate with other departments, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of lobby outlet services (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge).
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) and coordinate with appropriate providers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain awareness of safety, confidentiality, and company policies; uphold professional appearance and standards.
