Job summary

NES Fircroft in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Project Reporting Lead to coordinate executive-level reporting, governance, dashboards and management communications across a major LNG program. The role requires strong PowerPoint and data analytics skills and experience with KPI development and governance tools.

The successful candidate will work on a 100% onshore basis in Doha, with a 6-day work week and 30 days annual leave.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in business, project controls, reporting, governance, or related functions.
Minimum 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.
At least 1 year in supervisory or acting lead roles and contractor oversight.
Experience with NOCs/IOCs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, consolidate, and integrate project data from multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
Develop executive reports, dashboards and management information packs.
Prepare concise progress reports covering performance, forecasts, risks, and mitigations.
Maintain KPI trackers and governance reporting tools.
Prepare presentations for executive leadership and shareholders.
Support governance meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Ensure data quality and confidentiality across projects.
