Job summary

Airswift seeks a Project Engineering Lead in Qatar to steer multi-discipline engineering activities and direct contractors to meet milestones within budget. The role requires a Bachelors in Engineering with 8+ years in engineering, including 4+ years in oil & gas and at least 1 year in supervision. It is a long-term contract with site/Doha HQ, typically 6 days per week, 8–10 hours daily, or per project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years in engineering roles; 4+ years in oil & gas; 1+ year in supervisory or oversight of contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline activities within PMT to direct contractor execution.
• Develop execution plans for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate risk-based evaluation and manage technical deliverables.
• Support governance processes required for BRP and contractor execution.
• Oversee change management and scope optimisation to prevent scope creep.
