Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Reporting Lead in Doha, Qatar, on a long-term residential contract. You will coordinate governance, assemble project data, and deliver executive-level reports for management and shareholders.

The role requires strong English communication and advanced technical writing, with experience in PowerPoint and dashboards like Power BI. Based in Doha or Ras Laffan site, you will work within the Major Projects Integration Team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
Experience in producing executive-level reports and governance materials.

Responsibilities

Assemble, format, and deliver progress data, tables, graphs, and images for executive reports.
Coordinate governance work across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Prepare clear reports and presentations on project progress, status, and forecasts.
Ensure consistency with procedures and governance across projects to enable escalation when needed.
Develop KPIs and progress metrics in regular reports and dashboards for different audiences.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests with quick, accurate turnaround.
Engage with project teams to resolve issues and support planning and execution.
