Job summary

Airswift is sourcing a Project Reporting Lead for a major Oil & Gas operator. The role is a long-term contract, residential in Doha, Qatar, with a 6-day work week and 10 hours per day.

You will coordinate governance, assemble executive-level reports, and develop KPIs to track progress and performance across multiple projects. Reporting to the Head of Project Reporting, you will manage complex data, prepare presentations, and respond to management and shareholder requests with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, SCM, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• At least 10 years in a business-related function, including 5 years in Oil & Gas, with 2 years in supervision or oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, reformat project progress data and produce executive-level deliverables.
• Coordinate governance across multiple projects and ensure alignment with procedures.
• Prepare reports covering progress, forecasts, trends, deficits, and mitigations.
• Develop KPIs and progress metrics in regular reports and dashboards for executives.
• Address ad-hoc reporting requests with quick, accurate turnaround.
