Job summary

Bahathjobz is seeking an experienced Leasing Supervisor for a client in Qatar, responsible for tenant acquisition, leasing operations, tenant relations and occupancy management in Gharaffa, Doha.

You will drive leasing activities, negotiate contracts, maintain strong tenant relationships, monitor occupancy, and coordinate with internal teams to meet leasing targets. Immediate joiners preferred for this real estate role in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of leasing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and tenant relationship skills.
