Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Experience with screening potential tenants and managing rental processes.
• Lease negotiations and related activities are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with landlords to secure property management contracts or brokerage agreements.
• Serve as the primary landlord contact and provide regular updates on unit performance.
• Handle leasing administration tasks and maintain accurate lease records and paperwork.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends and provide market insights to landlords to enhance property value.
• Assist in marketing efforts, conduct market research, and support the leasing team in achieving operational goals.
• Temporarily assume Leasing Agent responsibilities during their absence to ensure continuity of leasing operations and tenant satisfaction.
