Responsibilities

• Communicate with landlords to secure property management contracts or brokerage agreements.
• Manage leasing administration, including records, lease documents, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide landlords with market insights and pursue additional Property Management contracts.
• Support leasing operations and cover Leasing Agent duties during absences to ensure continuity.
