Job summary

Qureos is consulting on behalf of a major organisation in Qatar, seeking experienced Learning & Development and Training professionals for multiple opportunities in Doha. The roles focus on training analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting to drive workforce capability.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of relevant L&D experience, strong knowledge of LMS/ERP systems, and proven ability to work across KAHRAMAA or similar large regulated organisations.

Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Learning & Development and Training professionals for multiple opportunities supporting a major organisation in Qatar.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• Training Analysis / Learning Needs Analysis
• Soft Skills & Professional Development Training
• Technical / Electrical Training

Candidates should ideally have 6+ years of relevant training/L&D experience, with experience in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with:

• Previous KAHRAMAA experience
• Qatar / GCC experience
• Arabic & English language capability
• Government, utilities or large regulated organisation experience
• ERP / HRIS / LMS exposure
• ISO, Risk Management or compliance knowledge

For Electrical Training, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering and experience delivering technical training are particularly encouraged to apply.
