Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a skilled Butler to deliver personalized, discreet, and luxurious service for VIP guests. The role oversees a team, coordinates suite preparation, and ensures impeccable hospitality standards across all guest interactions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a deep understanding of luxury service etiquette to maintain guest satisfaction and privacy at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience.
• 3 years of relevant Butler/concierge experience.
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the butler team, assigning tasks, guiding, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Act as the primary contact for VIP guests, understanding preferences and meeting needs with personalized service.
• Coordinate preparation of guest rooms and suites, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and customization to guest preferences.
• Oversee valet services and personalized guest services to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle special requests (private dinners, transportation, reservations, etc.).
• Manage inventory of guest amenities and supplies, ensuring stock levels and timely orders.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Address guest complaints promptly and effectively with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain records of guest preferences and interactions and prepare management reports.
