Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and provide a welcoming arrival experience.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, dining options, activities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with special requests such as transportation, tours, and dining recommendations.
• Handle luggage carefully and ensure secure storage and prompt delivery to rooms.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and coordinate with front desk, concierge, housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with valet parking, directing guests and vehicles as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and accompany guests to rooms as needed.
