Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience; 3 years in relevant front-of-house roles; GCC experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities to motivate waitstaff and manage a cohesive team.
• Exceptional organizational skills for reservations, seating, and service flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waitstaff performance and assign duties while maintaining service standards.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and promptly address inquiries and concerns.
• Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
• Create and manage work schedules ensuring coverage during peak hours and events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Address complaints with tact to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Encourage upselling and promote specials to increase revenue.
• Oversee cash handling, payments, change, and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, manage reservations, and update seating charts to support operations.
