Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies seeks a Lead Process Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across Facility Management operations in Qatar. You will work with field sites, clients, and internal teams to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and TQM.

Responsibilities include audits, SLA/KPI management, cost optimisation, and ESG initiatives, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant FM experience.
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence and/or TQM.
• Direct experience with FM site operations (Hard & Soft FM).
• Experience conducting operational audits, quality assessments and performance reviews.
• Experience managing SLA/KPI frameworks and corrective action processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt considered.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Facility Management certification advantageous.
• Knowledge of standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 41001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
• Ability with Excel and data visualization tools; Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and optimize FM operations to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
• Assess service delivery through site visits and stakeholder reviews; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and standards.
• Manage SLA/KPI frameworks and report performance with dashboards and presentations.
• Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across live contracts and bids.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to drive accountability and excellence.
• Support ESG sustainability efforts and performance reporting across FM.
