Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. You will optimize production processes, analyze data, and implement solutions to boost productivity and quality.

This contract position requires strong Lean Six Sigma skills and CAD knowledge, plus excellent analytical and teamwork abilities. The role involves time studies, bottleneck elimination, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on a contract basis.
• Experience working with African or Malayalee communities is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and develop work methods to improve process flow.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to eliminate them.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes.
• Analyze production data and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Design layouts for production facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
