Job summary

JobCenter in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our growing team on-site. You will analyze production processes, drive efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; Lean knowledge is a plus, with a focus on cost reduction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Conduct time studies and create work methods to improve productivity
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management
