Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide complex infrastructure projects in Qatar. The role focuses on technical leadership, client engagement, and delivering engineered solutions that meet quality, safety, and reliability standards across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will manage stakeholder relations, oversee project lifecycle activities, and ensure compliant, timely delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities or large-scale engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate installation, operations and maintenance activities with internal teams and contractors.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues to minimise operational disruption.
• Monitor service delivery against KPIs and performance standards.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality systems and HSE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
