Job summary

You will lead lean initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor data trends and develop cost-benefit analyses, training staff on new processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in statistical analysis software (such as Minitab or JMP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Urdu or English/French) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.
• Monitor production data and analyze trends to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses for proposed process improvements.
• Train employees on new processes and procedures as needed.
