The role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, operating dishwashing machines, maintaining hygiene across kitchen areas, and assisting with waste disposal and stock management under supervisor

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, floors, walls, and workstations.
• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Ensure proper storage of clean kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and sanitation requirements.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, and safety hazards.
• Support deep-cleaning activities as scheduled.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor, Manager.
