Rotana's Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha is seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. You will support the kitchen team by maintaining hygiene standards, cleaning equipment and utensils, and assisting with basic kitchen duties.

Formación

• Experience in kitchen or stewarding preferred.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas and waste bins.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Store clean equipment and supplies in designated locations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing kitchen supplies.
• Dispose of waste and maintain recycling where applicable.
• Report damaged equipment or low supplies to the supervisor.
• Support kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
