Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working in hotels or large-scale food service operations is an advantage.
• Flexibility and teamwork are important qualities.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and report any safety concerns immediately.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies; rotate stock (FIFO).
• Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily operations and event service.
• Complete daily cleaning schedules and ensure hygienic work areas.
