Job summary

VAM Systems Inc in Doha, Qatar, seeks an IT Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 administration to join our operations. The role requires mid-level experience and hands-on support across AD, Intune, and Windows 11, with strong Arabic and English communication.

You will handle help desk tasks, troubleshoot networking basics, manage patching, and ensure SLA-driven responses in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.

4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).

Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
