Job summary

VAM Systems Inc in Qatar is seeking an IT System Support professional to maintain internal infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, and network devices, across Doha operations. The role covers administration of AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365, with a focus on secure, reliable IT services for a growing business.

You will handle Windows 11 administration, basic networking concepts, patch management, and multi-site support to ensure smooth operations in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Active Directory and Intune in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and administration.
• Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi networking knowledge.
• Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting competence.
• Routine patching and updates for endpoints and servers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal infrastructure including laptops/desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and phones.
• Support internet, intranet, LANs/WANs, and network segments across Qatar operations.
• Manage Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting; support Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
