Job summary

Saba Intellectual Property seeks an IP legal professional to support clients in handling intellectual property rights matters. The role includes advising clients, managing trademark opposition, and coordinating with external lawyers on litigation.

The candidate will draft and review IP-related agreements, perform clearance work, and prepare client updates. Translation services and IP training participation are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in intellectual property or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with queries on IP-related legal matters.
• Manage trademark opposition and related hearings.
• Conduct trademark clearance work and draft clearance reports.
• Coordinate with external lawyers on litigation and case management.
• Draft and review IP-related agreements.
• Prepare daily correspondence and legal updates for clients.
• Provide translation services for legal/IP documents.
• Participate in IP training and client outreach.
• Prepare annual audit reports for clients.
