Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of IP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with queries related to IP matters.
• Manage trademark opposition and counterstatement cases.
• Conduct trademark clearance work and draft clearance reports.
• Handle IP enforcement, including customs recordals and investigations.
• Prepare administrative complaints and coordinate with authorities.
• Coordinate with external lawyers on litigation and case management.
• Draft IP-related agreements (licensing, assignments, joint ventures).
• Prepare daily client correspondence and legal updates.
• Provide translation services for legal documents.
• Deliver IP rights training and client outreach.
