Job summary

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences and multimedia content across platforms. You will leverage adult learning principles to develop courses, videos, simulations, and interactive modules aligned with business objectives.

You will also manage LMS/LXP platforms, support content administration, analytics, and collaborate with SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to continuously improve solutions, while researching emerging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years total experience, including 5+ years in digital learning or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with digital authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
• GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, digital courses, videos, simulations, and learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Develop storyboards, visual learning assets, videos, and interactive digital content aligned with business and learning objectives.
• Manage and support LMS/LXP platforms, including content administration, user management, reporting, and learner analytics.
• Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and business stakeholders to develop and continuously improve digital learning solutions.
• Research and implement emerging digital learning technologies and AI-enabled learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, digital courses, videos, simulations, and learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Develop storyboards, visual learning assets, videos, and interactive digital content aligned with business and learning objectives.
