Job summary

MENA Consultant in Qatar is seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background to support growth in key process industries. You will promote mechanical process equipment, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical and commercial support to customers in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power Generation, Utilities, Water Treatment, Heavy Industry and Process Industries.

The role requires 2–6 years of sales experience in industrial settings and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment or engineered solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience selling industrial equipment within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power Generation, Utilities, Water Treatment, Heavy Industry or Process Industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell industrial equipment and engineered solutions to new and existing customers.
• Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
• Review customer specifications, engineering drawings, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
