Job summary

Client of MENA Consultant is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Flow Products Division in Qatar, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions to drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience with flow products (pumps and valves), a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the sales of flow products such as pumps and valves.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales opportunities for pumps, valves, and other flow products.
• Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Flow Products Division.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and commercial reports.
