You will lead kitchen operations, manage inventory and supplies, ensure food safety, and contribute to menu planning and specials while maintaining strong English communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work under pressure.
• English communication required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes.
