Mandarin Oriental, Doha invites applications for an In Room Dining Order Taker. Based in Doha, you will take guest orders for in-room dining, offer menu recommendations and coordinate with the IRD team to ensure smooth service.

The role focuses on attentive guest service, accurate order processing, and professional communication with kitchen staff and servers under supervision of the IRD Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Track timely delivery of orders and collection of trolleys with the IRD team to avoid delays.
• Maintain knowledge of IG POS and perform billing per hotel standards.
