Job summary

Raffles Doha, in partnership with Fairmont Doha, invites candidates for a Waiter/Waitress role. You will deliver exemplary food and beverage service in a luxury setting, greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, English proficiency, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Beverage knowledge and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus and explain options; take orders accurately.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Maintain clean and well-set tables; monitor guest needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
