Job summary

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Arabic language skills are a must.
• HR certificate (CIPD, PHRI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding: collect documents and complete inductions for new hires.
• Serve as liaison for employee relations to improve culture and communications.
• Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Handle government relations tasks and monitor regulatory changes.
• Coordinate recruitment events and interview scheduling.
• Maintain HRIS data entry and accuracy for payroll information.
