Job summary

The role oversees daily HR activities, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and training, while ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Human Resources in executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop diverse premiere talent.
• Directs and works with HR employees to carry out daily HR department activities including recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.

Education
