Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing and hiring HR employee team members and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
• Attends job fairs and documents outreach efforts per HR SOPs.
• Networks with local organizations to source candidates for openings.
• Assists in monitoring candidate identification and selection processes.
• Performs quality control on candidate identification and selection.
• Assists unemployment claims processing and reports; attends hearings as needed.
• Assists with employee development programs including new hire orientation and cross-training.
• Maintains effective employee communication channels and supports regular property-wide meetings.
• Ensures compliance with privacy, safety, and security policies; supports workers' compensation claims handling.
