Job summary

Al Rayyan Restaurant Management W.L.L. is seeking an HR Assistant in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR, experience in F&B or hospitality, and a solid grasp of HR administration, records, and processes in a fast-paced multi-outlet environment.

The role focuses on HR administration, employee records, onboarding, documentation, and supporting daily HR operations in accordance with Qatar labor laws. Immediate joining and valid Qatar work permit are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality is required.
• Qatar HR experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee records, documentation, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration, employee records, documentation, and HR processes.
• Support the HR team in daily operations and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with departments to support HR functions in a multi-outlet environment.
