Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager for our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will oversee cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team, develop procedures, schedule staff, manage supplies, and collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and F&B to deliver seamless service. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel setting.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, products, and techniques.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
• Prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Order supplies and equipment necessary for the efficient operation of the housekeeping department
• Maintain inventory of all housekeeping supplies and ensure proper storage and usage
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations
• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to provide excellent overall guest experience
