Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Umm-Said, Qatar. The role requires strong leadership to manage daily hotel housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards, with preferred Malayalam speakers guiding a multilingual team.

You will train staff, inspect guest areas, and coordinate with other departments while managing inventories and budgets to uphold service quality. Weekend and holiday flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Malayalam strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations to keep all hotel areas clean and well-maintained.
• Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff for efficient performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally.
• Monitor budget and expenses for the housekeeping department.
