Housekeeping Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations of our luxury hotel in Al‑Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support housekeeping operations
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner, striving to resolve any issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of housekeeping services with other hotel operations
• Create and maintain a budget for the housekeeping department, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as necessary
• Implement environmentally friendly practices in housekeeping operations to support sustainable initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team effectively
