Job summary

Urbanlogic Ltd. is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The role focuses on ensuring top-quality cleanliness, guest comfort, and smooth daily operations within the property.

You will train staff, implement cleaning procedures, supervise inspections, manage inventory and budget, and coordinate with front office and maintenance to resolve guest requests promptly. Fluency in English is required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment handling and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure standards.
