Job summary

Four Seasons Resort in Doha is seeking a courteous Housekeeping Attendant to support guest room cleanliness and supply management. You will assist Room Attendants, handle guest requests, and help in public areas as volumes demand, ensuring a premium guest experience in a luxury setting.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with the capacity to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Room Attendants by stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas.
• Assist in Public Area and Room Attendant duties as needed.
• Picks-up and delivers guest request items.
• Personalize service to enhance the guest experience.
• Complete tasks assigned by Housekeeping Manager and Director.

What you will do:

• Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant.
• Picks-up and delivers guest request items.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping.

What you bring:

• A minimum of at least 1+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to an assigned task
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays is ideal
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
