Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Doha seeks a Front Office/Guest Services professional to welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and share information about hotel services and local attractions. The role emphasizes hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements include 1–3 years in hospitality, a driver’s license preferred, and excellent English; Arabic is a plus. The position offers housing, meals, transportation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
• Provide information about hotel services, outlets, and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Performs shoeshine service; pick up shoes from guest rooms, clean, polish and return them.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

• Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Preferably with Driver's License
• Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
