Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Doha seeks a Kids Club Supervisor to lead the KFAS facility, coordinating activities for children aged 5–12 and ensuring safety and high standards of service within a luxury resort environment.

The role involves daily programming, guest interaction, and collaboration with hotel teams to deliver memorable experiences. Strong English communication and prior luxury hotel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Preferably in an international, luxury five‑star hotel.
English - excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise children at all times and ensure safety.
Develop and implement engaging activities for children aged 5–12.
Plan daily programs aligned with child development.
Manage inventory of toys and materials for the kids club.
Coordinate with hotel team to deliver guest experiences.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the KFAS facility.
Provide orientation of KFAS and related wellness facilities.
Upsell excursions and experiences to guests when appropriate.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

To Supervise children at all times.
To develop and implement activities for the children.
To plan and develop activities and programs consistent with the child’s development.
Design kids birthday packages and any other kids events (Easter, Christmas).
To conduct inventory of kids toys, games etc.
To Work as a member of a team and share with the other members of the team relevant information about the kids club.
To Work within the policies and procedures.
To participate in the weekly staff meetings.
To ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
To ensure that all toys and objects are safe and clean.
To establish a rapport with guests and residents, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
To monitor and assist with all children’s activities that are part of the kids club activities.
Plan and execute safe, fun‑filled and educational daily scheduled programs for guests ranging in ages from 5 to 12.
Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children.
React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.
Arrange for food from In Villa Dining as required by guests. Assist with the service.
Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the resort.
Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Spa and wellness Center.
Promote and up sell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.
Execute the tasks of a Wellness agent, Kid’s Club, or Fitness Attendant as needed.
