Four Seasons Doha is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to support guest room readiness, restock supplies, and maintain pristine public areas. You will assist during busy periods and deliver personalized service to guests, ensuring comfort and cleanliness across the property.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule; able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant.
• Pick-up and delivers guest request items.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping.

What You Will Do

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays is ideal
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
