Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar seeks a Food & Beverage Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury setting. You will anticipate guest needs, offer recommendations, and maintain high service standards across the F&B team.

Ideal candidates bring an outgoing personality, strong English skills, and a background in luxury resorts or hotels; Arabic is a plus. Expect a welcoming work environment with comprehensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and can-do approach.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of food and wine is advantageous.
• Experience in luxury resort/hotel considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Be an essential member of the Food & Beverage team delivering exceptional quality and service.
• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and according to specifications.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
• Experienced in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage
