Responsibilities

• Build and expand the client base through outside sales, calls, and events.
• Lead revenue growth with strategic sales initiatives and targets.
• Prepare and present monthly pace reports and sales plans.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to plan events and space.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize group bookings.
